Quelle merveille!

Do Do Lam

- I close my eyes to this December night.

In this cold air, I turn my face up to the light.

from the ground.

This busy street it hardly makes a sound.

I hear my voice promising forever,

Do Lam Fa
Sol

from wherever you are

- I lost your face somewhere long ago

And of your eyes, the color now is all I know

But in this night, this falling snow can bring you back

And in this light all the rest just fades to black.

- It is the hope that I remember here

It is the life that I remember breaking clear

It was your hand I felt within my hand

A burning warm burning down this frozen land

- Wherever you are you’re looking the sky tonight

You are never so far that you cannot find that light

And when it grows dark it shines where you are

and even from this distance I can still see that star

- On this
very night I am imagining the sound

There are eyes upon the light and feet are rising from the ground.

Sam and Rene

After countless attempts, I have broken through the JT Forum computer defense system, so that I can finally respond on the site and thank you and all of the others for your kind response to my songs!

Sam

You are a publicity machine -- I thank you for all of your notes and good press for my new CD.

I loved you note which said you found my singing on the first CD to be peuvait un peu -- which I understand means " a little fishy"! That made me laugh.

thank you also for helping me break into this site with a new email -- if anyone wants to email me, the best way is dschneider@kslaw.com.

I can only read French un peu --but I have loved your notes and comments. This site seems to be the crossroads of kindred souls, and I am glad my feet knew where they wanted me to go.

Thank you, Sam

Rene

I love that you have already worked out the chords to a song just released last week. That is such a joy to me!

Here below is how Eugene Ruffolo plays Wherever You Are -- it is very cool and fun.

I have not translated your entire note, but I understand your "drfit". C'est fantastique.

Many thanks for your enthusiasm.
